Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping

All orders will be despatched via ’signed-for’ delivery.

For plain garments only (Not custom), items are usually despatched within 3 working days.

Shipping Cost £4.95 Express Shipping £8.95

For Custom orders, we aim to despatch with 7-10 working days, sooner if possible.

Cost will be included in quotation.

Returns & Refunds

Standard Items

​

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for standard range products only, provided they are in resale condition: unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
We cover return carriage only where we have supplied incorrect, faulty, or damaged Goods.
Returns cannot be accepted for:  Custom Embroidered, Custom printed, or any customised items, special-order or non-standard items unless supplied incorrect, faulty, or damaged Goods.
We reserve the right to repair or correct faulty goods before offering a replacement or refund.
Non-compliant returns may be refused, repackaged at your cost, or returned to you.


 

Non-Standard Items

Important:    The customer will have 48 hours from the date of delivery of products to file a complaint.    The customer must contact us about the complaint. A written complaint via email along with supporting pictures showing the error has to be sent to us for investigation. (Product received, packaging, etc. )

If you think that the delivered product is defective, incorrect, missing accessories, and so on then please follow the steps below:

        Send us your product images with order no. at sales@lensfte.com with a short description of your problem. We will reach out to you within 24 hours.

        We will review the issue. Upon verification of the mistake, we'll remake the product for you.

        When the return is approved, please write your order number on the label or the package near the label to ensure smoother processing of your return.

Return Window

    When an error has been confirmed, we will collect the faulty order.

Replacement

If the customer opted for a replacement, the order will be exactly made as per the original order details rectifying the errors only. We will not change the product, the logo or artwork, or the imprint color when processing the redo.

We will send a remake order to the customer within 7-10 business days

​

Refund

If the customer opted for a refund, we will collect the faulty order and refund as per return. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days once the return has been received, by the same method of payment, to the same account.
