Terms & Conditions Last updated: October 2025 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales of products and services provided by Lens Embroidery.
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions: Customer/you/your: The person or business placing an order.
Goods: Products or services supplied by Lens Embroidery.
Order: A request by the Customer for Goods.
Contract: The agreement between Lens Embroidery and the Customer, subject to these Terms.
Standard range: Products available for sale on our website, excluding customised or specially procured items.
2. Orders
2.1 Orders must be confirmed in writing or via our online store.
2.2 Any amendments to an Order (including design or artwork) must be made in writing. Additional costs and adjusted delivery times may apply.
2.3 Orders requiring new artwork will not commence until artwork approval has been signed by the Customer.
2.4 Lens Embroidery reserves the right to reduce, amend, or cancel any Order at its discretion.
2.5 We may refuse or cancel Orders where they breach these Terms or involve inappropriate, unlawful, or offensive material.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices quoted are those available at the time of Order. Prices may vary and are subject to change without notice.
3.2 Lens Embroidery makes every effort to ensure accuracy of pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to amend or cancel any Order, even after confirmation, and will notify the Customer as soon as possible.
3.3 Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required at the time of Order.
3.5 This website, and the pricing contained within it, does not constitute a binding contract.
3.6 Ownership of Goods remains with Lens Embroidery until full payment has been received.
4. Delivery
4.1 Goods are offered subject to availability.
4.2 Delivery will be deemed to take place at the Customer’s premises unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 While we make every effort to deliver on time, Lens Embroidery accepts no liability for delays or late delivery.
4.4 All shortages, damage, or errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by phone and confirmed in writing within 3 working days.
4.5 We accept no responsibility for goods lost or damaged where the Customer requests that items be left in specified safe locations (e.g. “behind bin”).
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for standard range products only, provided they are in resale condition: unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
5.2 We cover return carriage only where we have supplied incorrect, faulty, or damaged Goods.
5.3 Returns cannot be accepted for: Embroidered, printed, or customised items. Special-order or non-standard items.
5.4 We reserve the right to repair or correct faulty goods before offering a replacement or refund.
5.5 Non-compliant returns may be refused, repackaged at your cost, or returned to you.
6. Product Information
6.1 Colours displayed online may differ from actual garments.
6.2 For sizing, please refer to our sizing guides. If in doubt please size up, custom orders cannot be returned due to sizing.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, remain the property of Lens Embroidery or its licensors.
7.2 Customers may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use such content without written consent.
7.3 We reserve the right to reject any Orders containing offensive, unlawful, or copyrighted material unless you have authorisation.
8. Liability and Indemnity
8.1 Lens Embroidery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business, or goodwill.
8.2 No liability will be accepted for late or delayed delivery of Goods.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Lens Embroidery is not liable for any delay or failure to perform where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, transport disruption, natural disasters, supply chain shortages, pandemics, or government restrictions.
10. Termination / Refusal of Service
10.1 We reserve the right to terminate any Contract or refuse service if: The Customer breaches these Terms. Payment is not received. The Order is deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or offensive.
10.2 Termination does not affect rights or obligations already accrued.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
